General Information

ORDER CHECKLIST

Be sure to check your order against the following list to ensure speedy and accurate order placement. If you have questions concerning material, quality, color, or design, it is best to order a sample before placing an order.

1. Contact information, including billing address.
2. Item name, number, color, and quantity, including optional product specs.
3. Pricing, including set up and run charges, if applicable (reference any quotes or specials).
4. Artwork instructions (reorder number, typesetting instructions, when art was emailed, etc.)
5. Imprint color, size, and location. We will print to maximum size noted in the catalog unless a size is specified on the order.
6. Ship-to address, ship method, and event date, if applicable. For international shipments, include the declared value. For speediest delivery, see Zip Ship! Program details on page 235 of our 2011 Catalog.

Art

Art Creation Charge	$60.00 (X) per hour from supplied digital file.
Change of Copy
Calendars	$14.00 (G) per change, reorders only.
All other products and New Art Calendars	Add additional set up charge. No combined quantity pricing, except for Calendars.
PMS Color Match	$45.00 (G).
Ink Change	$25.00 (G)

Paper Proof

Item Proof	Cost of one item at order price, plus run charges and freight.

Combined Quantity Pricing

Order two or more products on the same PO with the same imprint and imprint method, and take the combined quantity pricing for all products. All items must meet catalog minimums per style and color and ship at the same time.

Overruns / Underruns and Exact Quantities

Vitronic Promotional Group reserves the right to  ship up to 5% over and under quantity ordered. If you request no overs and/or no unders, the charge is $55.00 (G) for all products except for Coleman®, which will ship exact quantity ordered.

Less than Minimum

Half the catalog minimum at 1st column price plus $50.00 (G). Not available on Rulers, Towels, Coleman®, and USA-made products, except for Calendars.

Production Information

Cancellations or changes
After an order is received, cancellation charges apply at cost of labor, art time, and materials. All cancellations or changes must be made in writing.

Fabric / Material
Due to the nature of material, Vitronic cannot guarantee color match from one dye lot to another. Variances in color, shade, texture, size, and construction of finished goods may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve products without notice. Fabric swatches are available at no charge and should be used as a guide only since dye lots vary. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.

Laundering
Vitronic Promotional Group recommends delaying laundering towels for at least 10 days after receipt of shipment.

Product Size
All product dimensions are approximate and may vary up to 1/2" to 5/8". No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding slight size variances.

Samples

Distributor Promotional Samples
End quantity price less 10%, plus shipping. First color/location set-up is at no charge, except for Towels, Coleman®, and Embroidery. One imprint color is included. Imprint must include distributor name.  Catalog minimums apply. Calendar orders will be produced as time allows during peak production months of September through December.

Sample Loan Program
We will memo bill for items over $10. If returned within five weeks, we will credit your account less freight.

Packaging

Standard bulk packaging is used unless otherwise noted. Call for quote on special packaging costs, i.e. insertions, mailers, poly bags, etc.

Shipping

Plush F.O.B. 48118 / All other products F.O.B. 63935: To view a current Time-in-Transit map for FedEx Ground services from these zip codes, visit FedEx Ground® Service Maps. We will ship best way, unless specified: FedEx Ground® or Air

Pallet charge	$14.00 (G) palletizing charge per pallet.
Drop Ship (per destination)	$10.00 (G) for each additional location after the first.
Split Ship (per shipment)	$10.00 (G) for each additional shipment after the first. Complete order must ship within 12 months after the first order is placed.
Future Shipments	May be shipped 15 days before shipping date requested unless order states "not before".
Truck Shipments	Shipped pre-pay only.
Prepaid Truck Shipments	$20.00 (G) service charge. Billed at estimated cost so supplemental billing may be necessary.
International Shipments	Include declared value on your order. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in our prices. If shipping to Canada on our account we will prepay these and bill you on your original invoice. All other international destinations will be billed separately within 60 days. Paperwork processing fee: $30.00 (G)
